1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Advocco platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Advocco is a document automation tool, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or attorney-client privilege. The documents generated by our AI are templates based on your inputs and may not be suitable for your specific legal situation. 2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Review all generated documents for accuracy before use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD/ILS and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: In compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not made significant use of the Service (e.g., generated documents). After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

4. AI Limitations

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding your user data) are the property of Advocco. You retain ownership of the specific documents you generate, subject to our license to process them for the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advocco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any generated documents.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
